About Andres

My Story
I played basketball for 15 years and have always been fascinated by elite athletes: the mindset, the discipline, the way you approach challenges.
I spent 10 years helping companies figure out what to build next to remain competitive towards the future. I do two things well: I explore ideas that aren't obvious, and I make practical plans to actually build them.
I was actively thinking about how to help athletes when their sports career ends. Then a few years ago, I visited an art exhibition by Rinus Van de Velde, a Belgian artist who creates paintings of his own alter egos, imagining himself as a musician, a pro athlete, different versions of who he could become. Something clicked for me.
I realized this was the exact challenge I wanted to solve: athletes often see only the obvious business paths in front of them, instead of exploring who they could really become. That's when I decided to start this company: to help athletes dare to desire unusual business ideas, not just settle for what seems safe or expected.
That's what I do. I help you find the business idea you actually want, not just what seems easy or obvious, and prove to you that you can actually do it.
I'm based in Brussels but work across the globe
