Connect
The evening begins with three hours of padel, where athletes and founders build real relationships through competition. Players rotate partners to meet and play with everyone.

After padel, there will be a short presentation on Match & Match, followed by a guest athlete who will share his experience working with founders, the benefits of those collaborations, and practical tips on how to get started.
Network
The final part of the evening is dedicated to drinks, food, and networking, giving everyone the opportunity to connect at their own pace and around shared interests in a relaxed setting at the padel club.

The first padel evening will bring together a carefully selected group of 24 participants by invitation only. Every founder and athlete is invited because they are genuinely interested in meeting each other, making the experience valuable for everyone.

Andres is the founder of Athlete Founders, with the mission of helping athletes become successful founders. He acts as a sparring partner, using proven playbooks from a database of 1,000+ athlete-founder playbooks, tailored to each athlete's starting point and type of project. This removes much of the guesswork from the first steps of becoming an athlete founder, helping athletes avoid costly trial and error and start ten steps ahead.
